Attached to a bent barbell is a fixed Charm, in your choice 4 beautiful charms: Button, Dragon, Rose, and Skull. Each can be set with your synthetic jewel. It comes with a 5/32 Inch removable ball and in your choice of external (ball screws onto stem) or internal (ball screws into stem) threading.
