Each one is made of implant grade Surgical Steel and 14K White Gold. It is available in three different gauges and four different lengths, to best fit you. Attached to a steel bent barbell is a four-prong setting made of white gold, with a larger four-prong setting directly underneath. Further underneath is yet another, larger four-prong setting - that's three jewels in all, each graduating larger down the chain. Jewels are 4mm, 5mm and 6mm, each in your choice of 12 colors. The 16 Gauge comes with a 5/32 Inch removable ball; 14 Gauge has a 3/16 Inch removable ball; and 12 Gauge has a 1/4 Inch removable ball. All removable ends are surgical steel, in your choice of external (ball screws onto stem) or internal (ball screws into stem) threading.
